DailyBFO 11/15/17 Consequences

In dealing with one of my children, I am reminded the term consequences means neither bad nor good. It just means what is to follow a choice or action. It is fair to help remind them of good consequences - aka praise - and also bad consequences - aka get an ouchie if you touch something hot. I have to remind myself of that also throughout my day as I continue on my journey for improvement one step at a time. All our choices have consequences, I just hope mine are more positive than negative.

DailyBFO 12/04/17 Lean Into It

When the wind of adversity is against me I have a few choices: 1. Be blown over by it Or 2.
