BFO 10/2/17 Speak

Every time I speak it should (must!) be to inspire not impress. This requires me to listen and give rather than talk to hear my own granulations.

Ouch! This one hurt my ego and great to hear.

DailyBFO 12/04/17 Lean Into It

When the wind of adversity is against me I have a few choices: 1. Be blown over by it Or 2. Pull my arms in, head down and Lean into it On 2 I sure wished I was a kite so I could just soar over the challenge but leaning in will still give me the needed aerodynamics to take another step forward.
